Shipping

Shipping fees are not just postage fees. Shipping fees are made up of one's time (to process, pack, and ship the order), actual shipping materials, and postage. Shipping prices vary by location and are determined by your zip code. Domestic shipping starts at $7.00 for the first item and $1 per each additional item. International shipping is provided by the USPS (United States Postal Service) via Priority Mail rates. They are defined by location and weight. Turn around time for orders is 7-10 business days.

Returns

If you're not happy with your order for whatever reason you can exchane it for something else in return or return it for a full refund. Whether exchanging or returning you must make sure that any item coming back is in the original condition. To make a return or exchange send an e-mail to sales@illustratusmaximus.com and request a Return Authorization Form. Once you receive it fill it out and include a copy with your shipment back to us. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your products.
